A notary witness is a notary public who serves as a third-party witness to a private administrative process.
Gooden Business Solutions, LLC has Notaries available to notarize documents, witness signatures and certify or attest a copy.
Family courts in various states will allow a Notary Public to administer an oath at a remote location. With full experience in oath administration, our Mobile Notary will complete the written portion of the oath and administer the oath to allow for remote testimony.

We also help individuals, financial institutions, banks, and estate attorneys with “witnessing the opening of safe deposit boxes” in circumstances where a witness is legally required in connection with a forcible opening of bank safe deposit boxes.
The bank employee will document what is in the box while the notary carefully observes as each item is written down. The completed list is then notarized.
